Making Noodles is something that my mom and I have done a few times before so it wasn't overly difficult for me to do. Making the dough for the noodles was the hardest part for me because I wasn't sure how much flour was enough so i went over on it. Same with beating the noodles, they were a little tougher then I would have liked because I messed with them to much.
While flattening out the noodle I panicked a little and added more flour every time the dough stuck to one thing or another. That took away from my noodles and caused them to be a little tougher.
Rolling up the dough was easy and went very smoothly for me. And then I came to cutting them. I am a horrible judge of what the width of stuff is so my noodles came in a bunch of sizes, not necessarily huge differences but some were still noticeable.
Eating the noodles was fun and delicious, even though i didn't have any the day of because i was fasting for church. When i ate them the next day they were still very good and the broth was very delicious. (That I did have the day it was made.)
