Pork Chop Supper For Two

Savannah Hatch was my partner for this meal. First we had to trim the fat from the 2 chops so we could brown the fat to brown the chips, onion, rice, and apples in. Then, we proceeded to cook the rice, onion, and apples in the same skillet with a cup of water. We also added a teaspoon of chicken bouillon and brought the mixture to a boil. After it started boiling, we took it off the burner and put it in a shallow baking dish and arranged the chops on top of it. We put it in the oven to bake fully through for 30 mins at 350. While it took the 30 mins to cook, we cup up an apple and brushed them with a brown sugar mixture and arranged them on top and around the chops to bake for another 20 mins. I recommend this recipe to whoever likes pork chops with an interesting twist to it because the apples give it an interesting taste that's really good.

Beer Burgers

Savannah Hatch was my partner with this meal. First, we make the beer mixture which consist of one egg, 1/2 cup of beer, 1/2 cup of crushed saltine crackers, 1/4 Cup of chopped onion, 2 tablespoons of French dressing, and 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese. We then formed the burgers and coated them with the mixture before placing them on the broiler. We put them in the oven to broil for 10 mins which occasionally basting them in sauce. Finally after the 10 mind are up, we took them out and spit 6 buns and placed them on buns. I recommend this recipe to someone who enjoys burgers and likes a beer flavor in their food.

Chicken Salad for Two

Savannah B was my partner. While I measured out the 1/3 cup of plain low-fat yogurt, chopped up 1/4 cup of celery, and measured 3Tbsps of finely chopped green onion. She sliced the 1 small tomatoe, and 1 small green pepper, sliced into rings. Then I measured out 1/2tsp of curry powder, 1/4tsp of sugar. She put in a dash of pepper and opened the 8-ounce can of water chestnuts to measure out a 1/2 cup chopped and drained. We also opened a can of cooked chicken, you need to measure out a cup of chicken. We also had lettuce leaves. After you mixed all that together in a small mixing bowl, we had to divide the salad into two plates of lettuce leaves. Then we place the green peppers and tomatoe slices on top of the salad. Then it's ready to eat. I would recommend this recipe to anyone who likes to eat a good old salad.

Marinated Fish Fillets

Savannah B was my partner. While she thawed the fish, we had 3 fish, and patted the fish dry with paper towels, I would place the fish into a shallow baking dish. We then mixed together 1/2 cup of water, 3Tbsps of frozen pineapple- orange juice concentrate, 1Tbsp cooking oil, and a dash of salt. Then we poured it over the fish in the shallow baking dish and let it sit for 24 hours. The next day we removed the fish and reserving the marinade. We then placed the fish onto an unheated rack of a broiler pan. We then placed the fish 4inches from heat and in the oven for 4-7 minutes. We frequently brushed the reserved marinade and Turing the fish once and then spilled the fish with pine nuts. Then it's ready to eat. I recommend this recipe to anyone that loves to eat fish.

italian final meal

We made our Chocolate Panna Cotta first. This involved cream, milk, and sugar.  My partner put it all into a pot and cooked it slowly. After it was boiling we added the vanilla extract and dark chocolate and mixed. Two tsp of gelatin powder was added to the hot cream. My partner poured the mix equally into four small dishes.  We put them into the fridge to cool overnight. When they were taken out the next day we added coco powder. They were very good.

When my partner was doing the Panna Cotta I was working on the Fettuccine Alfredo sauce. In a large sauce pan I combined Parmesan, cream cheese, milk and butter.  I had to continuously stir it so it didn’t get bumps in it. The next day we reheated it and then added in our cooked chicken. To make the chicken we added garlic and vegetable oil and put the chicken in with it.  We cooked it until it wasn’t red in the middle of it.

When I was cooking a pot of noodles until they were soft.  My partner was making the drinks. We decided to make Italian cream sodas.  We added cherry and vanilla syrup into a glass.  Then we added about a half cup of club soda. We then added half and half to give it the extra flare.  For the topping we added whip cream.  They were really cool and looked awesome.

At the end we made our salad.  First washed all the lettuce and carrots and then cut each of the up.  Then we added cheese and croutons and mixed everything together.  Italian dressing was used as our dressing.  I didn’t really like the dressing but everything tasted very good together and was definitely an Italian meal.

Beer Bread

Ryan was my partner for this. I preheated the oven to 375 degrees while Ryan mixed flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar together. He then added the beer to it. I put the cheese and bacon into the mixture and we poured it into a greased loaf pan. Ryan poured the melted butter over the mixture in the pan and we baked it for 1 hour. We then took it out and let it cool for 15 minutes.

I really liked this recipe. The inside was very light and soft, and the outside was a perfect golden crispy crust. I would recommend this recipe for someone.

Italian Rice Balls

20151214_101034.jpg20151214_101047.jpgChase was my partner for these. Chase whisked the eggs, parmesan cheese, basil, pepper, and salt and then placed it in the refrigerator. I brought chicken broth to a boil. Once that was done I placed the rice into it, reduced the heat to a low heat, and covered it with a lid. I cooked it until the rice absorbed almost all of the liquid. Chase then added the egg mixture and stirred continuously until it was all covered and to prevent the eggs from scrambling. We then covered it and placed it in the freezer for a half hour.

20151214_110609.jpg20151214_101040.jpgWhen the time was up for that we took it out of the freezer and I placed bread crumbs into a bowl. Chase formed 1 inch balls with the rice and I coated them with the bread crumbs. Once they were all coated Chase placed them into some hot oil and cooked them until they were a nice golden brown all around. I took them out of the pan and warmed up some marinara sauce.

I really enjoyed this recipe. I thought the combination of all the flavors turned out perfect and the color after they were fried was perfect. I will be making these again.

Double Chocolate Sandwich Cookies

20151217_113950.jpgI first preheated my oven to 350 degrees and lined my cookie sheets. Then I mixed together flour, cocoa powder, and salt in the kitchen aid until blended well. I then added powdered sugar and hazelnut extract and mixed until it was all blended. Then added egg and mixed that around for a while. Then I added flour to it and mixed it until it was all combined. After that I then added the chocolate chips.

20151217_102742.jpgI covered it and placed it in the freezer. While that was cooling I preheated the oven to 350 degrees. After they cooled for a half hour I took them out and shaped them into 1 inch balls and placed onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. After they were all on the sheet I pressed them down with the bottom of a glass to flatten them. I then baked them for 9 minutes and took them out of the oven after they were the proper look, and color. I let them cool on a cooling rack.

20151217_114043.jpgAfter the cookies were cooled I spread peanut butter onto the bottom of one cookie and took a second one to make a sandwich out of them. I placed them onto a plate and served them to people.

I thought this recipe was really easy. The cookies were perfectly cooked with a harder crust on the outside and a softer middle part of the cookie. The peanut butter and the chocolate complimented each other filling your mouth with sweetness. I will be making these again.

Traditional White Bread

20160105_151948.jpgI preheated the oven to 425 degrees. I then activated my yeast in warm water with sugar. I let that sit for 5 minutes. Once that had bubbles in it I placed it into the mixer and mixed in lard, salt, and flour until they were all mixed together. I then put on the bread hook and kneaded it for about 8 minutes, until it was elastic.20160105_110837.jpg

20160105_151830.jpgWhen that was done I placed it into a greased bowl, and covered it with a damp cloth and let it rise. I then punched the dough and placed it into a lightly floured surface, split it into two, and placed it into 2 different greased loaf pans. We then covered them and let them rise a little bit more. And afterwards placed them into the oven for about 30 minutes making the dough turn into a nice golden brown. We then pulled it out of the oven and let it cool.

I really liked this bread recipe. The crust was a nice golden brown, and it wasn't too hard. It was nice and crisp. The inside was moist, and soft. I will be making this again.

Mint Oreo Truffles

20151218_112658.jpgIn this recipe I ground up an entire package of mint oreo's until they were small chunks, making crumbs. I then placed them into the kitchen aid and creamed it together with the cream cheese. After that was done I then started to roll the mixture into balls and placed them onto a pan to go into the freezer for 30 minutes.

20151218_100703.jpg
20151218_105703.jpgWhile the oreo balls were in the freezer I melted chocolate so that I could cover the balls in it. After the 30 minutes were up I took them out and covered them with the chocolate and placed them back on the pan. I sprinkled some red and green sprinkles on to some of them so they were more festive. Once that was done I placed them in the refrigerator for the chocolate to harden a bit and set them out to serve.

20151218_102720.jpg
20151218_110245.jpgI really enjoyed this recipe because mint is my favorite flavor in a desert. They turned out to be the perfect size, and there was plenty to share. The people who tried them said that the cream cheese and the oreo was creamed together perfectly, and they liked the appearance of them. I will be doing this again.
Chicken catchatori

For this lad we breaded out chicken and fried it lightly. Then we sautéed out peppers and added the chicken to them. Then we put our white whine in with the chicken and covered it. This cooked for about  40 .in yes I think until the chicken was 170. The chicken came out nice and moist. When I was cooking it I didn't think it was gunna taste that we'll but I actually liked it. It really took on the flavor of the peppers and white wine.

Fried Chicken

The first step in making the fried chicken was to brine the chicken. We brine it in buttermilk over night. The next day we breaded it in flower with Cajun seasoning in it. We fried it in oil till it was browned. Then we put it in the oven to  baked. The chicken came out really moist and full of flavor. I thought it was really tasty.

Tirumusu

The first thing we did for the Tirumusu was cut the pound cake. The we dipped that in in coffee. We put a layer of that down. Then we made a cream cheese frosting type thing and put that on the pound cake. We repeated this step until the pan was full. Then we sprinkled coco powder on the top. We let it chill for about and hour then sliced it. It tasted really good. If I was to make it again I would defiantly not put coco powder on top.

Final Meal

For the final meal dion and I decided to do a Greek theme. We made gyros for the main course we also made Greek potatoes and a Greek salad. For desert 2e made a type of sandwich cookies. They had a yogurt type filling and the cookies we really sweet. We dipped the tip cookie in bakers chocolate so it took away some of the sweetness. The gyro meet  was lean ground beef with onion and garlic powder and oregano the spread was a yogurt a d cucumber spread. The salad was different it had lettuce, capers, pepedew peppers and onions in it. It had an olive oil and red wine vinegar dressing that had oregano in it. The potatoes had a olive oil, garlic, water, oregano, salt and pepper oil on them and we baked them in the oven. The meal took a lot of prepping and time but it tasted great when we were done. The guests seemed to be impressed with the outcome.

Final Meal

My partner and I had quite a successful final meal. All our food was cooked properly and was prepared within the amount of time we were given. Now our food type was Italian and we went for authentic and a bit complex foods from this style of food. For our main dish we cooked Chicken Marsala, side dish was Italian Crostino, and our desert was Zepolle. Our drink was Mo-Tea-Tos. All these dishes helped bring the dish together and both contrast and blend the meal as a whole together.

To star with my partner and I went to work on the Chicken Marsala. We got a large skillet, dredged the chicken, and began to cook it in the skillet once we added the olive oil to the skillet. For those who do not know dredging is the act of lightly breading your meat in flour. Moving on, once the chicken was brown on both side we removed the chicken from the skillet. Next we added in some butter, prosciutto  and the mushrooms and cooked the mushrooms until they were golden brown on both sides. Then we added in the Marsala cooking wine to bring some substance to the sauce, and once that was cooked in we added in chicken broth and cooked the whole sauce through. Lastly we added the chicken back in and cooked it all the way through.

Now for our Crostino I had all the french baguette bread sliced into bite sized pieces, and preheated the oven to 375 degrees. After that I brushed both sides of the bread with olive oil and sprinkled the bread with salt and pepper for flavor. Next I placed the bread in the oven to cook for about 5 min Next I pulled them out and began to work on the topping. For that I chopped up some zucchini and yellow squash then grilled it up with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Next I added the grilled veggies into a bowl with mozzarella cheese and some olive oil to turn it into a topping. Lastly I topped each slice of bread with tomato sauce and the veggie mix. Then I baked it for about 10 minutes.

Now our two easier dishes were the Zepolle and the Mo-Tea-Tos. To start I made up the drink by making 4 cups of tea, added in tonic water, and lastly added in mint leaves to make a fresh and cool beverage. Now the Zepolle proved more of a challenge. first we had to mix up the dry ingredients which included the flour, baking powder, salt, and white sugar. During this phase my partner added the oil into the frying skillet and preheated that skillet to 425 degrees. Next we added the wet ingredients to our mix which included the eggs (beaten), ricotta cheese, and vanilla extract. We mixed the ingredients until the mixture was sticky. Next we fried the mix one tbsp. at a time into dough balls. After we had all the dough made into balls we added them into a bag full of confectioner's sugar to coat the balls. This made for a sort of doughnut ball sort of treat that tasted quite well.

All in all our meal went nicely. We had it set up in a plate service manner and had our table set to perfection. Our guests were delighted and a little bit surprised by how great our meal tasted. They gave us a lot of complements which gave the impression that it was good. When I tried it myself the chicken was tender and juicy with the sauce being savory. The texture was smooth overall throughout the meal. Except of the crunchy Crostino which was only enhanced by its toppings. Then we had the Zepolle which was warm, smooth, and sweet. Lastly we had the Mo-Tea-Tos that was a refreshing beverage to go with such a warm and wholesome meal. The only thing I can tell anyone is ! hour is not enough.

Final Meal

Jeanette was my partner for this. The whole meal overall turned out to be great. We had two days to make all of our food. The first day we made the stuffed pasta shells, and the cake. When they were finished we covered them and placed them in the refrigerator over night. The day of we frosted our cake, cooked the shells, made our quesadillas, cooked our corn mixture, and made our drink.

The pasta shells turned out great. They had just enough meat, and sauce in them to make them almost melt in your mouth. I really enjoyed them. Our corn mixture was very good too. All of the parts made it look colorful and they complimented each other perfectly. The quesadillas were cooked until they were perfectly crispy and golden. I liked how the flavors left you wanting more. The cake was very filling. The frosting made it moist on the outside and it was very solid on the inside. I thought it tasted delicious. And finally our drink. I didn't like this one at all. The pumpkin made it taste gross, and it left a bad after taste.

We did a family style meal where we put all of our food onto platters and out on the table for people to have what they want and how much they want. We used an orange colored tablecloth. I thought that all of our platters brought out all different colors and made you feel like you were eating a nice home-cooked meal.

I will be making most of these again.
Final Meal

My partner and hot and I had a quite successful final meal all our food was cooked properly and repaired within the amount of time we were given our food type was Italian and we went for thinning and a big complex food for the style.  For the main we cooked chicken Marcella four sides we had Italian Crostino else in our dessert we created a Zeppole which is pretty much a donuts ball covered in powdered sugar. And our drink was Mo-Tea-Tos. All these dishes we created help bring the dish together and made it look more peaceful the mail as a whole was very delicious and I will leave that my guest and my partner is just all lo all these dishes we created help bring the dish together and made it look more peaceful the mail as a whole was very delicious and I will leave that my guest and my partners guest all that bed it.

To start with my partner and I to work on the chicken Marcel it was a difficult thing to create but at the end it was a great tasting main dish.  We got a large skillet dredge the chicken and began to cook it once we added the all of oil to the skillet that you can begin to fry on both sides so it would look golden brown. After the chicken was golden brown we remove the chicken from the skillet. Next we added in some butter pro scooter you're in the mushrooms and cook the mushrooms until they were golden brown on all sides.  Next to Marcella cooking wine was added to bring some substance to the sauce and once that was cut and we added in chicken broth and cook the whole sauce through. Finally we added the chicken back in to the large skillet with all of the liquid ingredients that we added earlier and cooked it all the way through.

Next was the Crostino. We brought French baguette bread  and sliced the bread into sized pieces which were about an inch wide an inch thick. Also we started to preheat the oven to 375°, then I myself brushed  The sides of the bread with pepper and salt and olive oil. Then my partner place the bread in the oven to cook for about six or seven minutes. Then he pulled them out and began to work on the topping which consisted of  zucchini and yellow squash and that we grilled up in a small skillet and sprinkled a little bit of salt and pepper over-the-top and added Olive oil. When the veggies were done being grilled my partner put them into a small bowl with one cup of mozzarella shredded cheese mix them together then he bake them for about 10 more minutes.  T

Next was the Zepolle which is our dessert and our mo-tea-tos which was our drink.  To begin we made up to drink by making 4 cups of tea and add it in tonic water. Finally added in Mint leaves to give the beverage more of a fresh taste. Next the desert which was not easy task. First we had to mix up the dry ingredients  which included the flour baking powder salt in my sugar. During this phase my partner added the olive oil into the frying skillet preheated the skillet to 425° next we added the wet ingredients to it which included the eggs which were beaten first, and ricotta cheese and the vanilla extract. Then I took a table of the mixture and added that to the grease one by one and waited for them become golden brown on the sides then placed them into a plastic bag. When all of the finished Zepolle's were placed in the bag we added powdered sugar and shook up the bag until they were coated with it the sugar.

Finally we plated all of the food and set down to eat with our 3 other guess and had a delicious meal. The Zepolles were my favorite of the entire dish mainly because I enjoy deserts quit ab bit. But the Chicken Marsala was great it was very tender and cook through very well, also the sauce from the mushrooms and chicken broth was awesome. Gave it a smooth soupy kind of feeling to add to the crunchiness of the Crostino. Also the drink was something that neither me or my partner had tried before, and it turned out very good. One thing I will add to this is that make sure you have lots of time to prepare this meal because my partner and I struggled with finishing it within the time provided.

Final meal

For our final meal, me and my partner made a greek style meal. The main course of our meal was our gyros. We used ground hamburger to make our gyro meat, and yogurt and vegies to make the sauce. We also chopped up tomato and onion to put on the gyros. We then made greek style potatoes, basically potatoes cooked in olive oil for our starch. We then made a greek truffel for our dessert (chocolate and cream).  For our drink we made a sweet tea, and we also made a salad for our side.

Overall our dinner turned out very well, and our guests really enjoyed it. It was a little difficult to make though, especially the truffels. But overall it all tasted great.

Italian Final Meal

The the first thing we made was our Chocolate Panna Cotta. We put our cream, milk, and sugar into a pot and cooked it slowly until it boiled. The we removed it and added our chocolate and vanilla extract and mixed until it was melted. I added 2 tsp of gelatin powder to  the hot cream. We poured the mix into four glass containers. They were refrigerated over night. The next day we removed them and added coco on the top. They were delicious, We weren't able to take them out of the mold, because they stuck to it.

The next thing we did was prep our Fettuccine Alfredo sauce. In a large sauce pan we combined cream cheese, Parmesan, butter and milk, stirring it until it was smooth. We refrigerated it over night. We took our two chicken breasts and cut them into small pieces. In a skillet we put 2 tbs of vegetable oil and added one clove of garlic. We added our chicken and cooked it until the meat wasn't pink.

In a pot we had our noodles cooking until they were soft. In another pan we had our sauce warming back up. Once everything was ready we added our noodles to the sauce and then our meat. We added salt and pepper for more flavor. It was delicious! We made it perfectly.
For our salad we cut up our lettuce head. The washed all of our produce. We added in shredded carrots, cheese, and croutons and mixed it up. We used home aid Italian dressing to cover our salad. I wasn't a big fan of the dressing, I would have preferred ranch.
For our drink we decided to make Italian cream sodas. We added 4 ice cubes to each glass. The poured 1/2 cup of club soda in each glass. I measured 2tbs of cherry and 1tbs of vanilla syrup. Then added those to the glasses. Next we added our tbs of half and half to give it a cool look. We added whip cream on the the top. They were really good and simple to make.

Our set up was nice. It was a great time!

Traditional White Bread

About a 40 minutes process. We preheated the oven to 425 degrees and baked it at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes until the top was a golden color The first thing we did was dissolve the yeast and sugar in the Kitchen aid with warm water. Once the yeast was active we used our paddle to mix it. We stirred in our 3 tbs of lard and 1 tbs of salt and 2 cups of flour. We stirred in the remainder of the flour 1/2 cup at a time. Once it was coming together we switched over to the dough hook so it could knead the dough.

My partner heated our oven to 170 and when it reached that temp he shut it off.She had a pot of water boiling. We oiled a big bowl and placed our dough into the bowl. We covered the bowl with a towel and put it in he oven along with the pot of water. This is called Poor Man's Proofer. Once it was ready to come out we floured our surface and deflated the dough. We dived them in 2 and and formed them into 2 loaves. We placed the loaves in two separate greased pans and covered them with a towel until the bread doubles.

Thumbprint Cookies

To start, make sure you have enough time. Shortbread cookie dough typically needs to chill for a very long time. You also need the cookies to cool for 30 minutes after baked before glazing, so plan accordingly.
After you mix up the dough, it will be quite soft and buttery. Shortbread cookies are supposed to be buttery, so if your dough feels extra buttery – you’re on the right track. Then I placed balls of the dough onto a baking sheet that were about an inch tall. Than I took my thumb and pushed down on the tops of the cookies to give them the indent they needed. Then I placed the jelly into the cookies holes and placed it into the oven to bake .
Now for the filling that was very easy to make. It consisted of powder sugar, flour, and a little vanilla extract.  It took me a while to get it not to be too runny so I added a little but lore flour to it. Then when the cookies were done baking I placed them on a late and drizzled the filling over top of them. They tasted delightful and were very sweet.

Cinnamon Rolls

The dough ingredients are pretty standard: flour, sugar, salt, yeast, water, milk, butter, and 1 egg. Heat the butter, milk, and water all together in a bowl until the butter is melted and mixture is hot to touch). Accurate temperatures are crucial to successful baking. Next you’re going to stir the butter mixture into the dry ingredients, then add the egg. Add about 1/3 cup more flour to get the dough nice and soft. Your dough is ready to knead when it begins to pull away from the sides of the bowl.
Kneading time! Lightly flour your countertop and get ready to get your hands dirty. It’s ok, baking is supposed to be messy. When you’re finished kneading, cover the dough and let it rest for about 10 minutes. It won’t really rise in this step, it just needs a chance to let the gluten settle. During this time, I got my filling ingredients ready: softened butter, cinnamon, and sugar. My three favorite ingredients these days.
After 10 minutes, roll the dough out into a 14×8 inch rectangle. Use a ruler to be accurate; I always keep one handy in a kitchen drawer. Spread the softened butter all over the dough. Sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar. Tightly roll up the dough and cut into 11 even pieces. Place in a greased round pan and get ready to rise. The rolls take about 60-90 minutes to rise. Remember, this is the only rise time for the rolls.
They tasted very good  they had the creamy feeling and the crunchy feeling. Tasted very sweet like they should and I loved how much mines rouse up to make them bigger than usual.

Beer Bread

The first thing I did was add all the dry ingredients into a medium bowl. Which consisted of flour, yeast, and salt. As you can see it is very simple to create. After I mixed all the dry ingredients together I added in the beer. The beer made the mixture very moist and a little sticky.

After that I placed cheese and bacon that I had been frying while my partner was mixing the batter together. I chopped up the bacon into little pieces bout a half an inch thick. Then I mixed that together while the oven was preheating. I also melted some butter and then poured that on top of the batter that was in the pan. After the oven was finally ready I poured the batter into a bread pan and placed it in the oven for about an hour.

When the bread was finally finished baking I cut it into thick slices and dipped into som melted butter to eat with. It was very good the bread was not too soft but still have you that bread feeling. The crust area was crunchy which is exactly what I wanted. So I think the beer bread lab came out very well I would love to do it again.

Cinnamon Rolls

The first thing we did was combine our flour and yeast. In the small sauce pan we heated the milk butter sugar and salt. Then we added the eggs and the milk mixture to the flour and yeast. We beet that on high for 3 minutes with the dough hook as we added the rest of our flour. Then we utiliser the pour man's proofed and once the dough was ready we rolled it out. We spread our mixture of brown sugar cinnamon and butter over the dough. Then we rolled the dough up,sliced it, then put it in pans and let sit over night. The next day we baked them. We put a powder sugar and milk frosting over them. They tasted really good. But I could only eat one at a time because they are so big.

chocolate candy cane cookies

The first thing we did in this recipe was make our cookies. these cookies were very sweet, and contained a lot of sugar, and chocolate. we cooked these, and froze the after, so they would set up. we then made our filling, to do this we added cream to our confectioners sugar to make a thick paste. we then put our "paste" between our two chocolate cookies. After this step we rolled the edge of our cookies in crushed candy canes. then they were ready to serve.

I personally would not recommend this recipe. Mostly because it was soooo sweet. The confectioners sugar really overpowered the entire dish. It was almost too much to even eat. I would not make these again.

Steak Tacos

This was a long recipe, but it was well worth it. The first thing we did was heat the oven to 250 to hrded our shels. We sprayed flour tortillas with cooking spray the draped them over the oven racks and cooked them for 10 minutes. While they were cooking we made the guacamole and the pico. The pico called for epual amounts of tomato and onion. So we diced them up and added 1 squeezed lime and added 1 cup of silantro.  For the guacamole we pitted and mashed 5 avacodos. Then we squires I lime into it and added 4 chopped tomatoes. We also added 1 cup of onion and 1 cup of silantro to the recipe. Once that was all prepped we put my he steak in the oven to broil. Once they were about medium rare we made the tacos. They tasted amazing but I could only eat one because they were so filling.
