Breakfast bake

The process for making the breakfast bake was pretty easy. It was just a couple of things that prove difficult for me. When I watch my mom cook I unknowingly pick up what she does and do it without giving it a second thought. Like trying to flip my bacon with a fork. My mom does it this way all the time so that's what I used the same way and found it a little difficult to flip the bacon, but others told me flat out it was wrong.

The rest of the bake went smoothly and we didn't have any other problems making any of it. Upon tasting the bake I was honestly surprised. I'm not that big of a breakfast but this was really good and I wish I would've had more.

The second problem came with trying to clean the muffin tin. It was a huge pain to clean, even with letting it soak overnight. It took me a good 30 minutes to finally get that thing clean so for the next time I would definitely do something to make it so that doesn't happen again.

  1. Not flat out wrong. Remember, there are many ways to do things...some are just better than others.
