Chicken Noodle Soup

We used our leftover chicken back and peeled all the meat off. We also used it as a broth.
I then made my dough. As soon as my dough was made I sprinkled some flour out and rolled out the dough.

I got out the rolling pin and tried to get the dough as thin as possible because I like small noodles. I then rolled up the thin dough into a small log. I cut it into 1/4 pieces and unrolled it. Me and Jared put the rolled out dough noodles on a towel and let it sit overnight to harden.

I then got my broth to boil. I added a cup of water, 1/2 teaspoon of poultry seasoning, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. It cooked until the noodles were nice and soft. I got out a bowl and a spoon and dished out myself some. We did not have much chicken meat in ours, but you could taste the chicken in the broth that tasted amazing. This is a great simple recipe that I will always remember!
