In these steak tacos, the firs thing we did was, make our pico. To make this we combined, salantro, onion, tomato, and garlic. We chopped all the ingredients to make an almost salsa. The next step was, we made our guacomole. In this we mashed avacadoes, onion, and lemon juice all together in a bowl. The we made our shells. To make these, we moistened the soft shells, and set them in the oven at 375 untill crispy. The last step was our steak, for which we broiled our steak in the oven at 375. Once completed, we brought all the ingredients together to make a delecious taco.
Overall, i really liked these tacos. The shell was the perfect crunch for the texture of the meat, and guac. It really contrasted it well. The flavors of the guac, and pico really enhanced the entire dish. I would reccomend this to anyone! I may even make it again soon!
