Cherry Sugar Cookies

The first step was preheating the oven to 350 then creaming the margarine and sugar. Then adding the egg into the mix. We added our dry ingredients next. We added salt, flour, baking soda, vanilla, almond, chopped cherries. We beat them well.

We put our mix into the fridge for for 10 minutes to chill. While the dough was cooling we covered our cookie sheets with wax paper. Once our mix was cooled we took it out and rolled them into small smalls and rolled them around in sugar We set them on the sheet and used a fork to flatten them.


 They took about 8 minutes to bake in the oven. They were delicious and addictive. Definitely a 10 out of 10!
