Bacon Cheese Beer Bread





I was partners with Tyler for this lab. We started by combining all the dry ingredients. Then we added our warm water and egg to the dry ingredients to activate the yeast then we stirred in our beer. We mixed that well then put the batter in a baking pan and poured 1 stick of melted butter over the bread. We then put it in the oven for 60 minutes at 350. The. We took it out after 60 minutes. The bread tasted great. The bacon and cheese was a great addition. To the bread. I really liked the taste of the crust because the butter gave it a good flavor.
