Scoop and bake dinner rolls

The first thing i did was, preheat my ove to 200 degrees. While the oven was heating i mixed my flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. I then mixed in my water, egg, and butter untill very smooth. Once smooth, i added my remaining flour, and stirred it in with a rubber scrapper. I then placed it in a bowl with a peace of greased plastic over the top. I then shit off the oven, and put it in untill it doubled in size. I then took the dough out and scooped it eaquelly into a muffin tin, and put it in the oven at 375 for about about 18 minutes. Then it was done!

This recipe overall turned out really well.  The texture was light an fluffy, and the taste was perfect. It tasted very natural, and delicous. I would recomend this recipe to everyone!
