Cheese Cake

The first thing I did was prep all of my ingredients.  Then I put the four blocks of cream cheese in the kitchen aid mixer and starter to get them nice and creamy. Once they were creamy I added the sugar and eggs to the cream cheese. once they were combine and smooth, I ground up my graham crackers and and melted my butter. Then I stirred the crushed crackers into the butter. Then I prepped my spring pan by putting parchment paper on the bottom then wrapped it in tin foil. Then I packed the graham crackers in the bottom of the pan then I poured my cream cheese filling over that. then I set it in the oven for 50 minutes. Then I put it in the fridge for like 4 hours to chill. It tasted outstanding, it was better than the cheese cake factories cheese cake.
