2 Layer Pecan Carmel Cookie

First we started off by making a sugar cookie crust for the bottom of the cookie. We baked that until it was gold and brown. Then we chopped all the pecans. Then in a medium sauce pan we put 40 Carmel candies and some half and half cream. We melted the carle then once that was done we poured it on the cookie. Before it set up we put the pecans on top. Then we let it chill before we sliced it. This was a very simple recipe but it tasted very good.
