Home-aid Cinnamon Rolls

We started out by preheating our oven to 200 degrees. When it reaches that temp we shut off the oven. We then greased a large bowl and coated a 13x 9 in. baking dish with cooking spray. To make the dough we mixed milk, syrup, melted butter in a large measuring cup. We then mixed flour, yeast, salt in the kitchen aid with dough hook. We slowly added the milk mixture in. I sprinkled flour over the table and rolled the dough into a ball. Then set it in greased bowl and had it set up in the oven for 10 minutes. While the dough is resting e made our filling, by using butter, sugar, cinnamon, salt and meted butter. On floured surface we rolled the dough into 18x 12 inch rectangle  with long side facing us. We sprinkled sugar mix over dough leaving a border around it. I rolled it up and cut it in 12 pieces.

I set them into the baking dish and put them into the oven for 30 minutes.  I took them out when they were a golden brown color. While they were  baking we made the icing. We used powdered sugar, cream cheese, vanilla, and butter and mixed it in our kitchen aid.
They don't look the prettiest, but they tasted delicious.
