country fried chicken

The first step to this recipe was to obviously cut up our chicken. once cut up we breaded half of the chicken (minus the back of course) in a flour breading. once breaded, we heated an electric skillet to 350 with a pretty substantial amount of recycled vegetable oil. once heated, we placed our chicken in, and flipped it until all the pieces were browned. once browned  we placed the pieces on a cookie sheet on top of a cooling rack to drip away the oil. once prepared on the sheet, we placed them into the oven at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes until they were done.

Overall I really enjoyed this dish, The breading had the perfect crunchy texture which contrasted the juicy chicken perfectly. The flavor was very good, however my pieces were a little greasy. I would recommend this dish, because it was rather speedy, and easy to do.
