I started making the noodles by using 1 cup of flour, 1 egg, a little bit of salt and 5-6 tables spoons of water. I had to slowly mix the flour in and stir. It was difficult. Once it was ready I rolled it out very thin. I rolled it up and cut it in little pieces. I unraveled the dough and layed them out to dry.
Other students cooked their chicken backs and took the bone out. They saved the water for their broth. I wasn't able to do that, so I partnered up with someone and used some canned chicken broth. We put 6 cups of water in a pot and put it on high. The chicken was put in and some chicken flavoring, garlic, chives, onion powder, Cheyenne pepper. Once it was at a boil we added our noodles and stirred. We added the lid and let it boil. Once noodles were tender we let it cool. It was ready to eat. It had the perfect amount of spices. It was delicious! It tasted better than canned soup.
