First you have to make the noodles. To make the noodles you need flour, salt, water, and one egg. Start off by putting in a little bit of flour, all the salt, the egg, and water into a bowl. Then start mixing it all together adding a little amounts of flour as I go. You do this until you have used all the flour and it is no longer sticky anymore. Once that is finished I rolled the dough out so it was even and flat. Once it was rolled out I rolled it so it looked like a snail kind of. Then, I cut the noodles so they were about a 1/2 of an inch or maybe smaller and unrolled them so they could sit out overnight. Even though we left ours out longer than that it didn’t make a difference. Once that was done me and my partner got our chicken out of the fridge and took the fat out and we started to peel the chicken off the bones and then put it back into the saucepan with the broth. The next day, we took the chicken out of the fridge and we put the noodles into the saucepan then we started to cook it. When it was cooking we decided to add chicken flavoring and poultry seasoning. The chicken and noodles did not take very long to cook. Once it was done it was time to taste it.The chicken and noodles tasted very good. There wasn't a lot of chicken so it was mostly noodles. The noodles were nicely cooked and they were nice and chewy. The chicken flavored we added made the noodles very salty and they kind of tasted like chicken flavored ramen noodles. Overall it was a very good dish and I would make it again.
