Angel food cake with Strawberries and whipped topping



Making the angel food cake was really easy to do it just took a long time for it to bake in the oven. And when I pulled it out of the oven I didn't realize that I was suppose to flip it so I left it right side up. Luckily we crumbled up the cake so you can't tell, it's just a little denser then a regular cake.

When I made the cream I was completely out of it so I didn't think about not turning the speed up to high when I just put the cream cheese in. I continued to struggle for a little bit until I was able to take a breath and restart. After that incident everything else went very smoothly and all the dishes ccleaned up surprisingly well, even the cake pan dish.

Tasting the dessert was awesome it was chewy yet smooth and everything went together amazingly and I wish that I had more time to eat more before I had to go into Cedar Rapids for my discipleship. It was still a very fun, creative, and delicious dish.
